Daily details in brief

Day 1 Arrive Osaka. Day 2 Excursion (by seat in coach) to Nijo castle, Kinkakkuji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace, with buffet lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Center, Heian Shrine, Sanjusangendo and Kiyomizu Temple. Day 3 Morning: free at leisure. Afternoon: excursion (by seat in coach) to Nara, the oldest ancient capital of Japan and a treasure house for Japanese history. Tour visits include: Todaiji Temple, Nara Park and Kasuga Shrine. Day 4 Morning at leisure. Afternoon: transfer by private car or MY Sky Gate Shuttle to Kansai Airport for return flight.

This trip takes in the best of Kyoto in 4-days and also offers extensions to the most outstanding Japanese castle - Himeji and a unique experience of one night in Mt. Koya. Accommodation is base on well located 3 or 4-star hotel. But for a true Japanese experience - a night or two in a ryokan is highly recommended.
